Our workouts are all about progression so it’s time to add BURN 60 onto our schedule permanently every Friday night at 6:30 pm!
In other studio news:
- LATENESS: You must be ready to go i.e checked in, changed, water, etc. at least 5 minutes before class time on schedule. If you walk in a few minutes before with account issues or anything else then we can not hold up starting the BURN board for this. Once the BURN board starts and you are not checked in then you miss out. The only time we will start a little late is clipping in issues, which we are working hard on our side with bike maintenance to make sure that does not happen.

- GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING (OFF PEAK TIMES)- Looking for something more bespoke either one on one or in a group? Then contact firstname.lastname@example.org. PT is limited to when mat classes are not on the schedule, but good news sometimes we can use the whole studio!
