  • END OF SUMMER SOCIAL – Save the date Saturday, September 23rd, 6pm-10pm. Free wine for all riders and guests. Expect a party and prizes for those who voted!
  • UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP–  £195 (was £295) is the new price with T&C’s PLUS we are trialing some more mat classes, see below for more details
  • MORE ULTRA BURNS ON SCHEDULE– Ultra Burn is pure HIIT cardio on a bike versus BURN 45 which includes a 3 minute arm track using dumbbells on the bike. As the BURN is the main focus here at Ride we are adding more ULTRA BURN’S to the schedule. If you are missing an upper body workout try our NEW Resistance 45 class which will be on the schedule in September, or even our Yoga class will get those arms fatigued!
  • MORE MAT CLASSES– in addition to our popular CORE 45 & Yoga 45 (new version) we are adding on Resistance 45, which is a bodyweight resistance class with a big focus on upper body & CORE (including glutes and back). See here for more information
  • CLASS LATE STARTSAll riders MUST be in the studio 5 minutes before class time. ALL instructors have been told to start on time. The only exceptions are is if a rider was in the studio 5 minutes prior to start time and for some reason was having an issue clipping in, then we try to get them sorted!  However if you are not there 5 minutes before the class and not clipped in then the instructors have been told to start the class and the BURN. Let’s make this work together!
  • CHOOSING YOUR BIKE SEATS- If for some reason you can not follow along with the instructor ques, due to injuries or fitness level then we kindly ask you take a back row bike, only because many riders may follow the person in front of them and if you are not following along it could create confusion. Ride’s teaching method is based on exercise science to get the best out of this HIIT cardio workout, so it behooves everyone to follow along as much as possible.
