YOGA 45: This class includes 30 minutes of a dynamic “flow” style of yoga, where you will expect to work hard and sweat a lot. Followed by 15 minutes of holding stretches specifically for cyclists and runners, such as: hip flexors, back and hamstrings. This is a great compliment to Riders. STARTING WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 11TH
RESISTANCE 45: This class is very similar to CORE 45 however there will be at least 10-15 minutes dedicated to your upper body. Using your bodyweight and TRX as the resistance, think lean mean fighting machine. Overall the focus is CORE (including glutes and back) & Upper Body. This is a great compliment to Riders. STARTING WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 11TH
