YOGA FOR CYCLISTS & RUNNERS
This 60 minute yoga class is designed to alleviate your tight muscles and restore flexibility and balance. With BURN riders and runners in mind this class is a “must” in order to avoid the dreaded training plateau. Furthermore, with only eight people per class, you are assured to get the personalised attention needed for maximum results.
Monday: 6:30pm, Wednesday: 7:30pm, Friday: 1:30pm & Saturday: 8:30am

Who is RIDE’s new Yoga superstar instructor?
Meet Sophia Stirling…Anyone who meets Sophia instantly feels her passion for the practice and understands why she chose to live in an ashram for 6 months. It was here that Sophia developed her advanced practice and lived the philosophy that yoga is 99% practice and 1% theory. Sophia also studied anatomy, physiology, pathology, massage therapy and essential oil science for two years in her home town, London. Sophia is a very hands on teacher, who will push you beyond what you thought to be possible.
Why did RIDE choose Sophia? Generally there are three consistencies amongst all our superstars: intelligence, passion, and personality. And this yogi doesn’t lack any of these!
This 45 minute mat based class will fire up those glutes and activate that core! Not for the injured as this will get you sweating, toned and leaving with a strong powerhouse. If you want a serious workout try this class before or after our BURN cycling classes…now that is a workout! With only eight people per class, you are assured to get the personalised attention needed for maximum results.
