Two new additions to the schedule

Starting 7th January we are introducing two new classes to our schedule…



Saturdays @ 8:30, 9:30, 10:30 & 11:30. Thursdays @ 19.30 Classic BURN but without the arms track. Do you think you can handle a full 45 minutes without that sweet 3 minutes of recovery? Book now to find out!



Saturdays 1.30pm. If you really want to get your arms and core working on a Saturday why not try our new CARDIO & STRENGTH with James Stirling. 30 minutes on the bike plus 20 minutes of body weight HIIT training which will get those arms and core working. Ending with a deep stretch.
