We are excited to announce the arrival of brand new smoothie recipes on our menu. Don’t worry, the old favourites aren’t going anywhere, but we’ve got some new kids on the block too! AND some big boys have joined the party. This summer try our amazingly refreshing and nutritionally packed Smoothie Bowls. Think Super Green, Acai Antioxidant and a guilt free Choco Banana Bowl, each topped with granola, seed and fruit combo. The perfect breakfast bowl after a 7am sweat session, or just an amazing, nutrient boosting snack, workout or no workout.
To tie in with the launch of these new flavours we are also offering our riders the option to pre-order that smoothie online. When you book your class, select your favourite drink or bowl, and it will be ready and waiting for you as soon as you exit the studio. Who could ask for more than that?
