Festival Bound? Travel Bound? Add these spicy almonds to your snack pack

Health, fitness and Travel Blogger Lucy give us her favourite on the move snack.   You only have to take one look at Lucy to see that she knows exactly what she’s talking about.  If abs are made in the kitchen then we need all her recipes please.  Check out Lucy’s blog and delish recipe below.

Spicy Baked Almonds:

Ingredients:

1 cup raw almonds
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne
salt to taste

Method:

Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.  Line a baking tray and place almonds on the tray, cook for 15-20 minutes, mixing half way through the baking time
Remove from oven and let cool.

Feast away, guilt free.
