1 ripe avocados
2 ripe bananas (frozen)
5 mejool dates
a dash of milk / almond milk
dark chocolate chips (optional)
Blend all except the chocolate chips until completely smooth. Freeze for an hour or two. Serve and munch immediately! A perfect healthy alternative to ice cream.
