Concious of too much salt in your diet? Why not try a salt replacement herb mixture. Below is a rough guideline for making it, but feel free to weight it more towards your own tastes.
1x teaspoon chilli powder
2x teaspoons ground oregano
2x teaspoons black pepper
1x tablespoon garlic powder (not garlic salt)
2x tablespoons dry mustard
6x tablespoons onion powder (not onion salt)
3x tablespoons paprika
3x tablespoons poultry seasoning
Mix it all together and put in a salt shaker.
