Top Tip: Yoghurt protein crumble

Sophia supplies us with this week’s Top Tip which is a power boost that not only keeps you going, but also tastes delicious! Check out her classes at 10:30am and 11:30am on Sunday morning!

“Here you go;
-add 2 generous scoops of natural Greek yogurt
-add your chosen flavoured protein powder (Sun Warrior Chocolate is my fave!)
-1x Cookies and Cream Quest bar, broken into pieces and sprinkled in

Simply throw in a bowl and stir it up, then I love to sprinkle some cinnamon on top – Enjoy!”
