This September we kick off our brand new Ride format – the full body blasting Cardio & Core class.
Run by our instructors Alex, Venetia and Rachel, the Cardio & Core combines our signature bike based workout, including one extra arm track, with a 20 minute series of core busting exercises. Prepare to sweat it out with 35 minutes on the bike, then hit the floor for an effective combination of tummy toning exercises. This class is designed to combine high fat burn cardio with intense core conditioning to leave you feeling (& looking) like you’ve worked every major muscle group.
