Top Tip: Sneaking in some extra protein

“Sneak in some extra delicious protein…without meat!

I like combining cottage cheese, greek yogurt and chocolate protein powder (I prefer to use hemp protein). Simply stir together and enjoy for a quick treat, or throw in the blender with some ice and almond milk according to your preferred thickness. Nice way to cool down after a workout, especially on a hot summer day!
