Muscle weighs more than fat!? Biggest myth ever!
One pound of fat compared to one pound of muscle makes no difference to your weight. A pound is a pound!
The difference is that fat takes up 4x as much space in the body, so the body looks very different when it carries that pound of fat rather than muscle. Muscle is situated around the skeletal structure of the body which changes your shape and gives you curves in the right places!
This explains why sometimes when you have been training so hard to lose weight, the scales don’t change that much – it’s just your body changing its composition.
